How we handle your data

Caplira is operated by StriGrow. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email us at info@caplira.com.

• Account info — email, name, and avatar when you sign in (including via Google).
• Your searches — the niche and city you search, and the results returned.
• Leads and pipeline data — businesses you save, status changes, notes, and outreach drafts.
• Billing metadata — subscription tier, renewal date, and payment status from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We use your data to run searches, save your pipeline, generate outreach drafts, bill your subscription, and keep the service secure. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

We use a small number of trusted providers (subprocessors) to run Caplira:

• Lovable Cloud — authentication, database, and hosting.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Google Places API — source of local business search data.
• Google Gemini (via Lovable AI) — generates outreach message drafts from the lead info you send.

Search results come from Google Places and describe public business listings. We cache results briefly to reduce duplicate API calls across users. If you're a business owner and want your listing removed from our cache, email info@caplira.com and we'll take care of it.

You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing info@caplira.com. Account deletion removes your searches, saved leads, and portfolio from our systems.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete it within 30 days — except for billing records that we or Stripe are required to retain for tax and legal reasons.

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We don't run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
