The agreement between you and Caplira

By creating an account or using Caplira, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Caplira is operated by StriGrow.

Caplira helps freelancers and agencies find local businesses that likely need a website and reach out to them by call or WhatsApp, with AI-drafted message suggestions.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. One person per account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Caplira.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell, or redistribute Caplira data in bulk.
• Use the service to send spam or harass businesses.
• Attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Violate WhatsApp's terms or the phone/messaging laws in the country you're contacting.

• Free — 6 searches total, no card required.
• Starter — $9/month, 100 searches per billing period.
• Pro — $19/month, 500 searches per billing period.

Quotas reset at the start of each billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Refunds: we offer a 7-day refund on your first paid subscription — email info@caplira.com within 7 days of the first charge. After that, or on subsequent renewals, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page and keep access until the end of the current period.

Business info comes from Google Places and is provided as-is. We don't guarantee accuracy or that a listing is genuinely without a website — always verify before pitching a client.

Outreach drafts generated by AI are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and for anything you actually send.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are abusing the service.

Caplira is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Caplira after an update means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be flagged in-app when possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
